I’m trying to design a website prototype but all the settings are for inches, not pixels.
Is there a web design mode i’m missing?

Hi MrRayvens,
To confirm where you’re seeing inches as the unit of measurement, are you referring to the appearance of the rulers along the edge of the canvas when the zoom level is set to 100%? At a glance this looks similar to inches, but the measurements are marking pixels; the ruler should change appearance as you zoom in/out. Likewise, widget measurements and placement are handled in pixels.
The spot where you should see reference to inches would be in “File > Paper Size and Settings” where you would configure your printing preferences, though this shouldn’t impact the usage of pixels on the canvas.
