Chrome Page Ruler doesn't work with Axure 9 Beta

I’m having trouble using Chrome’s Page Ruler - which: in the absence of something akin to Zeplin was something I’d relied on with Axure 8:

Is there a comparable alternative you’d recommend, and is there affordance like this in progress for the full release?
