Customizing standard widgets in the Axure library

Hi,
I understand that Axure 8 still doesn’t have the ability to let user customize the widgets (which are provided in the standard library set). eg: For dropdown list, I can’t customize the border or the colors for the widget yet. Same for Text field.
Is Axure 9 bringing in these required customization features/functionalities for the widgets in the library?
