I am using datepicker library in my project. It works perfect in all pages but not on hidden dynamic panel.
Can someone please have a look and help. Attached are files.

both, hidden and visible work fine with:
osx firefox
osx chrome
osx safari
win8.1 firefox
win8.1 chrome
win8.1 safari
win8.1 opera
looking like performance problems (might be caused by my virtual maschine).
win8.1 explorer10
