Drop Down options dependent on a repeater drop down

Hello all,

I am assuming this shouldn’t be hard, but I’m new and couldn’t figure out reviewing similar topics here. I have 3 drop down lists, each dependent on the previous (so the 2nd and 3rd are repeaters). I need to change the options displayed based on selected value of the previous drop down lists. I’ve done it for the 2nd drop down, but can’t figure out a good way to do it for the 3rd.

Is there a way to do it using variables? I ask because the drop downs will grow a lot longer and linking them manually will become very burdensome.

I am attaching the rp file and a quick drawing of what the validation should look like. Many thanks in advance.

How about placing the select menu in a dynamic panel together the subselect?
OnSelectionChange you can change the state depending on the selection.
You also get a sort of memory effect when changing back and forth on the top levels.

PS: You should be able to copy/paste this into a complexer tree.
