I am logged in and working from an on premise server. When trying to ‘get and open team project’ I get this error message and I am unable to access the project. All help/suggestions is greatly appreciated!

Sorry to hear you’re running into this issue. Could you please email support@axure.com with additional details about the On Premises server, and any other details you’re able to provide (e.g. OnPrem build, RP build, file-specific, etc.). We can further troubleshoot from there.
