File (and all backups created in the last 6 hours) crashing on Axure 8

Issue
I have not previously had crash issues with Axure 8.
I have been working on a file all of today, and last uploaded to AxShare at midday.
At 10pm, Axure crashed when saving the file.
I tried re-opening the file - the progress bar loads to 99% and as it hits 100% the application crashes. As I have backups set to 15 minutes, I have saved all backups of the file to Finder too. All of the backups have the same issue - they load to 99% and then crash. The last version I can open is the one saved at midday.

Tech specs
Axure Team Edition 8.1.0.3377
Using MacOS High Sierra 10.13.6 (17G65), on MacBook Pro 2017

Fix steps attempted
Restarted the machine :white_check_mark:
Closed most of my other applications to free up memory :white_check_mark:
Re-downloaded Axure RP 8 :white_check_mark:
Restarted the machine again after re-downloading :white_check_mark:

I would really love to know if there’s a way to recover the last few hours of work!

Hello all! clairedurrant wrote in to our help desk with their file and it turned out that their file was crashing due to a text link getting in a bad state and containing a new line that shouldn’t have been possible to add. This has been filed for a fix on our end and we’re investigating how to keep text links from breaking in version 8 going forward.
