Filter Item Repeater

Hi Everyone, I need help for this case.
I have a list of food and a button named Vegan. I add interaction for Vegan button so that when user click that button the list of vegan food will appear. The filter function is working fine but when the buttoned was clicked the item look different (some elements are changed size and location).
