Generation Failed - Axure Cloud Error

When I send changes to a prototype in the Axure cloud, I receive a “generation error”. I have tried deleting the original file, and uploading a version from the recovered backup from last week, but I continue to receive ‘generation error’. I am currently using Axure RP 10. Is there a solution to fixing this?

Sorry to hear that. Could you write into support@axure.com with your six digit project ID, e.g. abc123, your Axure logs, and the build of RP, e.g. 10.0.0.3866, you’re running?

The Axure logs for Windows can be found at:
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Axure\Axure-10-0\logs

The Axure logs for Mac can be found at:
~/Library/Application Support/Axure/Axure-10-0/logs
