Generation Failed - Axure Cloud Error


When I send changes to a prototype in the Axure cloud, I receive a “generation error”. I have tried deleting the original file, and uploading a version from the recovered backup from last week, but I continue to receive ‘generation error’. I am currently using Axure RP 10. Is there a solution to fixing this?

Sorry to hear that. Could you write into with your six digit project ID, e.g. abc123, your Axure logs, and the build of RP, e.g., you’re running?
