How can I set window scroll interaction with Axure RP 10?

Hello, I noticed that the page interactions area is blank in Axure RP10. And I cannot find the option of window scrolled. Is it because I am using the free trial version. I hope that I can set the Heading 1 in dynamic panel to black color font when the page scroll to content Heading 1, how can I finish it? I’ll preciate it so much if there is any suggestion.

I have already solved this problem. I am sorry that the reason why I met this problem is that I have created widgets but not pages, and more terrible, I have saved them as ‘.rp’ file. As a result, I failed to find the page Interactions pane content.
