How to convert an image to an icon, which color could be changed?

I imported some png photo files to Axure, but Axure doesn’t let me change to color.
Is there any way to make this easier than editing color in Photoshop?

Do you want to import pictures or are you talking about coloring icons etc.?
There is no photo editing (only slicing) in Axure, as far as I know. If you want to import other elements and change the color, you could use .svg import.

I’m trying to import some elements. How can I make .svg file? Do I have to draw with PS?
Is it possible to convert existing picture to .svg, then import to Axure?

Ideally I would create them with sketch or illustrator. Do you have any of these?
