Hey guys, I have my Axure RP11 File on iCloud desktop. This is the source file for my prototype on Axure cloud. Is it possible to move my Axure RP11 file off the cloud so that its stored locally on my Mac, in a way that allows me to still upload to the same prototype link on axure cloud? Or am I screwed?

In short, yep! This is possible.
If the file is a regular .rp file (non-team), you can move the file locally to your Mac and then simply keep publishing the same file to Axure Cloud. The file should remember the 6-digit project ID you last published to, but if not, you can search for the project by name or project ID in the share/publish dialog and then re-publish.
If the file is a team project, you can move the file locally to your Mac and then check in/out as normal. If that doesn’t work, you can always grab a new, local copy of the team project and save that to your Mac.
