How to move Axure RP11 Files stored on iCloud desktop, locally to computer hard drive without breaking link to axure cloud prototype?

Hey guys, I have my Axure RP11 File on iCloud desktop. This is the source file for my prototype on Axure cloud. Is it possible to move my Axure RP11 file off the cloud so that its stored locally on my Mac, in a way that allows me to still upload to the same prototype link on axure cloud? Or am I screwed?
