I’ve having issues logging into the Axure Cloud, my actual prototype URLs seem to be functioning properly, but I cannot actually get into the Workspaces. Logging in does work technically, I think. However when it redirects to https://app.axure.cloud/fs/manage it shows a “Page Does Not Exist” error and when I click “Go back to Workspaces” it kicks me back out to the login screen.
I tried an alternate route I could think of from inside Axure itself, Team → Browse Team Project History… but again, I get a “Page Does Not Exist” error. Is there a planned outage today and I wasn’t paying attention?
After taking a quick look, Workspaces in Axure Cloud are visible on our end.
As a first troubleshooting step, can you try clearing your browser cache and use an incognito window/different browser to see if that helps? If that still doesn’t help, do you still see the same issue if you try and view your Workspaces from your mobile phone?
