I can't open Axure 8

It’s my first time to launch Axure on my Macbook Pro(High Sierra 10.13.6), but after I finished the installation, I can’t open the Axure 8, the application reported the error as folllow:

I can’t create a new file or open an Axure file.
I tried to solve this problem, so I reinstalled the app, while it didn’t work.
I need help!

To start, please enter your email address into the Email field and press Submit. That’ll send us a full stack of the error so that we can see what’s causing the issue. In addition, please write in to support@axure.com and attach any other logs that are in the below directory (it’ll help to compress them into one .zip file to send):

/Documents/Axure User Data/Axure-8-0/logs
