Images not showing up

Hi, I have an issue where suddenly none of my images in my prototypes are showing up after the prototype is generated. Is anyone else having this issue? How did you guys solve it? I have no idea why this is happening.

This could be a browser issue. Have you tried to right click on the image and view it separately

“Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 503 ()”
The URLs are all AWS cloudfront.net, which suggests that something has been disconnected by perhaps a subscription expiring.

I just got this issue as well in both Chrome (96.0.4664.45) and Edge (96.0.1054.43) before and after clearing browser cache.

I have reached out to support@axure.com and asked them to comment on this thread.

Got a response from support@axure.com stating that there are AWS outages occurring at the moment as stated in the following update: Axure Cloud Outage Updates (12/07/21).

Update from support@axure.com:

The Amazon Web Services issues affecting Axure Cloud today appear to have been resolved. The reported root cause of the issue was an impairment of several network devices, which impacted multiple AWS APIs in the US-EAST-1 Region, where some of Axure Cloud’s servers are located.

With the AWS issue resolved, Axure Cloud’s services have returned to working order. You should now be able to publish and view prototypes again, as well as conduct team project operations. Images in prototypes should also be working again.

We understand that these outages are disruptive and we will continue to work to mitigate these in the future should similar incidents occur.

We will keep an eye out for any lingering effects. If you continue to see any trouble with your prototypes please don’t hesitate to reach back out to us here at support@axure.com so that we can assist!
