Import and Open .rpteamlib file

Hi there

I am no more able to open a .rpteamlib file.
Axure is importing with the attached error messages.

Is there any other way to import the file to the cloud directly.

Ben from Axure Support here–can you send us the .rpteam file that you’re having issues with so we can investigate on our end?

Can you let us know whether you can create new team projects successfully?

Something you can try instead is open the .rpteam file in Axure RP 9 and then export it to a regular .rp file. Then trying to upgrade this regular project in RP 10.
