I’m using Axure RP 11 (version 11.0.0.4133 arm64) on a Macbook Pro M4 (M4 Pro chip with 64GB RAM).
You would think this setup should handle anything smoothly, but every single click in Axure—selecting widgets, switching pages, dragging elements—feels noticeably delayed or sluggish.
This kind of lag wasn’t an issue at all when I used Axure RP 9 on older machines.
I’m based in Taiwan and actively promote and teach Axure in workshops, so this performance issue has become a serious roadblock in my daily work.
Is it just me? Or are other Mac users (especially on Apple Silicon) experiencing something similar?
Would really appreciate any feedback, fixes, or even confirmation that I’m not the only one. Thanks!

Thank you for writing in to the Axure Forums! We hope to resolve any performance issues you are experiencing in Axure RP 11. Are you using any Cloud-hosted Libraries? These can sometimes cause performance issues when trying to connect and update. Please try to clear Axure RP’s cache if so, as this can help clear up any Library errors. To do this, close Axure RP and paste in the file path below to navigate to the “cache4” folder, and then delete all contents of the “cache4” folder.
Mac (open the Finder and use “Go > Go to Folder” to paste the file path):
~/Library/Application Support/Axure/Axure-10-0/cache4
After completing these steps, you may have to Re-Add Cloud Hosted Libraries. Please write in to support@axure.com if you continue to experience issues!
