Issues in library pane

Hello,
I am using axure 8. Few widgets in the library pane is disappeared. Could you please help me to resolve the issue? Attaching the screenshot below.

Hi @Sreelakshmi,

As a first troubleshooting step, please try uninstalling Axure RP 8 and reinstalling the latest version on the download page linked below:

https://www.axure.com/release-history/rp8

If the issue still persists, something we can try is to clear your widget library cache. To do so, you will need to open File Explorer, paste in the file path below to navigate to the “cache4” folder, and then delete all contents of the “cache4” folder.

C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Axure\Axure-8-0\cache4

These files are the cached files for widget libraries that you’ve loaded and clearing them can help to remove any that have gotten into a bad state and cause library loading errors.
