Local preview shows arial text

When previewing an Axure RP 11 file locally (not published to cloud) all the fonts in the preview fail to load and revert to show Arial. Despite the font being installed on the local machine and being a google font.

When you publish to Axure cloud there is no problem with seeing the correct font.

If you’re still seeing issues, can you send us a copy of your project file and the log files named “error_log…” so we can investigate? You can find these files via “Help > Show Troubleshooting Logs”.
