Need Help - accessing or copying an old Axure file that I don't have access to anymore

I created a prototype under another account that I no longer have access to. I can access the link and see the presentation, but I need to make modifications. How do I get the original file?

Normally, by logging into that account on Axure cloud and downloading it. But if you don’t have access, you should probably just email Axure support directly since they’re likely the only ones who can help you.
