The user has already deleted the project files from the web site. However, the disk space on the server is still being occupied. How can we clean up the files that have been deleted by the user in [“RootStoragePath”: “C:\ProgramData\AxureShare\data”]?

Thank you for writing in to the Axure Forums! Deleting the Project files from this location should be the only step needed, can you confirm that the Recycle Bin has been emptied on the Server location? Can you also try using Services to Restart the Axure Cloud Website Service? Can you confirm that the Project has been deleted when viewing the Cloud instance as well?

The version is 2.0.0.445, the size of the AxureShare folder on the server, I deliberately observed before and after the deletion, and also tried to restart the two Axure Cloud services in the system service manager, the folder size has not changed, and there are no files in the recycle bin.
