I just got acquainted with Axure, how can i create Outlined text field in it?

As of Axure RP9, text fields can be styled like any other widget. Select the ‘Style’ tab in the right hand pane when you select the field.
Pop-out material design style labels like that can be achieved by adding a text widget with a white background and layering it over the field, then using Got Focus/Lost Focus actions to show or hide it. Note that there’s currently a bug that will make these repeatedly loop if grouped together.
