Persistent "The libraries were not loaded" alert in Axure RP 11

I am consistently getting “The libraries were not loaded” alert in Axure RP 11 and haven’t been able to resolve it.

Here are the steps I have already taken to troubleshoot:

  1. Uninstalled Axure RP 11.
  2. Deleted the folder: C:\Users\newty\AppData\Local\Axure.
  3. Restarted my computer.
  4. Reinstalled Axure RP 11.

That is quite unusual since you’ve already performed a clean reinstall. Have you checked if your firewall or antivirus might be blocking Axure’s connection to the library servers? Sometimes adding the application to your whitelist can resolve these persistent loading issues when local file deletion doesn’t work.

Since you’ve already tried a clean reinstall, it might be worth checking if your ‘My Axure RP Libraries’ folder in Documents is being synced by a cloud service like OneDrive or Dropbox. Sometimes sync conflicts in that specific directory can trigger this error even when the application itself is freshly installed.
