Popup window creation

Hello.
I can’t understand how to create a popup window.
After I go to setting/properties/onclick and start to create a case, choose popup window and then Im proposed to choose one of my pages which open just above.
Where is the setting of my pages I can make them popup time or change dimensions maybe?

jamesorior proposed to use a dynamic panel. Another option would be to choose the popup option you mentioned but for this you will need to have a smaller window that you intend to have over the original window.
