Hi - I have only started having this issue today. My team cannot access our prototype once a password is applied. When the user opens linked prototype, the pw is entered and the view project button is clicked, nothing happening?

Hi! It sounds like you’re seeing that the browser doesn’t respond when you try to submit your password for the project URL. To confirm, are you still seeing this issue now? If so, would you mind letting us know what browser you’re seeing the issue in?

We updated the service url to be app.axure.cloud instead of share.axure.cloud. This has caused some inconvenience for many customers and while we recommend trying to get axure.cloud whitelisted in your organization, we are rolling back that change for now to give everybody more time to do so. Viewing password protected prototypes should be working now and discussions (when you have axure.cloud blocked) should be fixed in a day or so.
