Axure Cloud is a core feature of Axure RP software and one of the reasons why Axure is so widely popular. Currently, unauthorized users are unable to use this feature, which may cause Axure to lose many potential users.
We hope that you will not restrict the publishing capabilities of Axure Cloud for unauthorized users. If the intention is to protect the integrity of the licensed software, you could consider limiting the use of team collaboration features for unauthorized users, or perhaps restrict the number of projects they can publish.
