Reviewers in Axure cloud for business coming up as Author(disabled)

I have a large number of users that are showing up as standard login Author (disabled) type. All of these users were entered as SSO login with reviewer access type.

What is going on? It is about half of my 180 users.

To investigate the issue, could you email our support channel at support@axure.com? We can further troubleshoot from there. In the email, please let us know the license account email address tied to your Axure Cloud for Business instance, and if there were any changes to your users recently, e.g. added new users, changed a user to Enterprise enabled, etc. Thank you!
