Selecting Widgets

As of a few days ago when I click and drag to select widgets, if I don’t select the entire widget (covering all 4 points of the bounding box), the widget will not select. I did not change any settings (I didn’t even know this was a setting, if it is. I think this is a setting available in Adobe products.)

Scenario:

  1. When I click on a widget, it will select.
  2. When I hold shift while clicking on multiple widgets, multiple widgets will select.
  3. Clicking and dragging to select a widget or multiple widgets, only widgets where all 4 points of the bounding box are selected will select. If only a portion (<4 points on the bounding box) of the widget are selected, the widget will not select.

Any idea on settings I should change?

In the top left corner of the workspace there’s buttons for different selection options (such as intersecting a widget to select, or entirely bounding it). You must have accidentally clicked one of those that you didn’t mean to.
