bounce back

I am trying to send a message to the support email and it keeps bouncing back saying it is undeliverable. Is anyone else experiencing this issue and do you know how to get through to Axure?

The email is . It has always worked for me. Are you attaching a large file? That is a common cause of email bouncing.
