The Axure RP 9 informs me to launch a patch for Win 7 SP 1, but the patch has been removed!

When I was ready to launch RP 9, it popped out a warning message inform me to install a patch for win 7 SP1 with a link to an official Microsoft page. But when I entered the page, it showed that the patch is no longer available.

So how can I get start to launch, anyone have the answer?
