I have been trying to export updated pages from Axure 8 to 9 but the tooltip window doesn’t work on the browser from the HTML file, only from the preview page. Looking for a way to troubleshoot this.

Hi all,
j_jacobo wrote in to our help desk about this issue and we believe the cause of the issue is related to a case we have filed on our end. If you view the generated HTML for a prototype without the prototype player (i.e. by launching the page.html file directly instead of start.html or index.html) then the note popups don’t work as expected. The current way to get those to open would be to launch the page with the prototype player included and then minimize the player so that it’s out of the way but still allows the notes popup to work. Hopefully that helps!
