Hi! Hmm, to confirm are you using the public Axure Cloud at <app.axure.cloud> to host your project? If you created the team project on the cloud, the as long as you’re still logged in to the same account that created it then you shouldn’t run into issues. If you switched accounts, then as long as your account has been invited (and accepted the invitation for) the shared workspace that contains the team project then likewise you should be able to check in changes. If you’re still running into trouble though then please send the following information over to support@axure.com so that we can take a look and assist:

The email address of the account that you created the project on, and that you’re currently logged into when checking in changes
