Update version failed

When I tried to update to version 3898, it failed as it couldn’t locate the previous version 3893.

Please also send us the Axure logs saved on your machine. You can find them in the location below:
Windows (open the File Explorer and paste the file path):
C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Axure\Axure-10-0\logs.
