Uploading and generating to Axure share/cloud failed

Hello wonderful Axure folks,

I have an unfortunate issue with our favorite tool: Axure 8.
I’m trying to upload a project to Axureshare/cloud, but after a long wait and progress bar I get a message that it had FAILED. The upload works, but the generation process fails.

Here’s what I tried (and all failed):

  • Upload/generate my current project via Client software
  • Upload/generate a empty project via Client software
  • Upload/generate my current project via Manual upload via Axure cloud interface
  • Upload/generate a empty project via Manual upload via Axure cloud interface

Can anyone help?

I need this file online for a presentation tomorrow…

Hi Sennia,

Thanks for reaching out! We’re currently experiencing some server issues on our end, which is causing projects to fail to generate. Our teams are urgently investigating the cause of this issue and working on resolving it. I’ll be sure to post an update as soon as this problem is resolved.

It looks like our servers have now stabilized and the generation issues should be resolved. Please try publishing your project again to see if it successfully generates now. If any issues persist, please contact support@axure.com for assistance.
