Window Scroll within a Dynamic Panel

Hi all,

Is there a way to run the WindowScroll command within a Dynamic Panel?

I have a Dynamic Panel that I want to create a custom sticky navigation that appears on certain Scroll.Y positions.

I am using this as reference, however it only works on the top level: https://docs.axure.com/axure-rp/tutorials/scroll-activated-sticky-header/

1. Create a bar with dynamic panel, and pin it to top left
   
   
2. Add a WindowScroll event and add two cases.
