I have created a back to top button and set it with an anchor link to a small widget at the top of the screen. No matter what I do I cannot get it to scroll all the way to the top of the screen. It always scrolls to the text below. I have tried making different widgets at the top of the screen behind the header, and the current one is thin horizontal rectangle. It is not even scrolling to the rectangle at all. I have saved, refreshed, shared to cloud, etc. Is this a bug?
