Cannot publish to Axure Cloud from desktop or from Cloud portal

I have been trying for the past week to publish a project to Axure Cloud. Regardless of whether I publish from the desktop client or try to import the project from within Cloud, I get error messages saying that I need an Internet connection. If I didn’t have one, I wouldn’t have gotten to the Cloud site in the first place.

If the error persists, please email us at your log files which you can locate by going to the main menu and selecting “Help>Show Troubleshooting Logs…”.
