[Fixed] Issues Launching Axure RP 10 builds 3867-3870 on Windows and Mac

We’ve gotten a few reports this morning that users on both Mac and Windows have been running into issues launching Axure RP 10 builds 3867 and 3868. Our teams are investigating the underlying cause for the issue as not all users seem to be affected. If you do run into launching issues then please try updating to the current latest build, 3869, which does not appear to be affected and should run normally. You can download it from our Updates page below:

Update: Builds 3869 and 3870 will continue to work as of May 5th but are expected to run into the same internal time-related bug within the next couple of weeks. Updating to 3872 and higher at the link above will give you the fix for that bug.

The update should help to get you back up and running for now should you encounter the issue. Our teams will continue working on verifying the issue and ensuring that it is resolved. As an update on the crashing issue from this morning, the team has pinpointed the root cause and released a new stable build that fixes the issue. Anyone who experiences sudden crashing on builds 3867-3870 of RP 10 should update to build 3872 or higher.

Build 3872 is now the latest stable build and will not have the same crashing error occur. You can update from our Update page, and the same link above will work as well.
