Font colour and placement different in published file

Hi - this is the view in Axure:

Any ideas as to why the text (tabs and buttons) changes when published?

Using Axure RP9 and Edge (Chromium)

Well, the plot thickens. The HTML output is now publishing correctly. Very bizarre - not sure what I did to resolve it, and think there must be a bug, will see if I can recreate it!
