Getting a "Report Error" window everytime when i try to lauch axure rp 9 on windows 10

Hi there…
i am getting this window when i try to launch axure RP 9 on my windows 10 pc, This started after i logged into my Student Account.problem

Report the the error by entering as much information as you can and clicking Submit. If the Submit button is not responsive, send a screenshot of this error dialog and as much information as you can give, in an email to support@axure.com, and–most importantly–attach your .rp file.

Axure doesn’t typically offer support via this forum, which is intended for users to help each other with “how to” questions and demonstrations. In my experience, they have responded to emails quickly and are very good at resolving problems like this.
