I noticed the ‘pin to browser’ is gone, and I can’t find any tutorials outside of RP 6.5 that talks about how to make a sticky footer.
Is this possible? Can post an RP file if needed. Thanks!

Gone? How so? If you have a dynamic panel selected in the editor, you can access the “Pin to browser” settings in the STYLE pane, under the DYNAMIC PANEL section. Ensure this section is open (small arrowhead to right of “DYNAMIC PANEL” is pointing down, not to the right (…perhaps you inadvertently spun it closed.) One of the VERTICAL PIN radio options is “Bottom”.
Here is an RP9 tutorial for a sticky header. You can adapt to position the dynamic panel at the bottom of the page.
