Master Views not acting the same for Adaptive Screen Sizes in ARP9 vs ARP8.... HELP!

I have just hit a major roadblock and cannot work out what has changed. In version 8 and before I have always had my navigation as a Master and then within the master I have been able to set the break points for the different screen sizes I had setup. Now this doesn’t appear to be the case and now that all of my masters are suck at there desktop size when I reduce the screen down please help me…
