Hi, I have a file updated in RP 10 and and I’m not able to open and use it in RP 9. I have only RP 9 license. Can you please let me know if it is possible to open the file in RP 9?

Nope. Axure is backwards compatible only. If original author has both 10 and 9 they should be able to port it. Otherwise, you could try the limited-time trial version of 10 to open it and try converting to 9.
