How can I add a row horizontally so that my widgets are side by side in a repeater? and then come back to the line when there is no more space …?

With your repeater selected, look in the ‘Style’ tab, then down to the ‘Layout’ section. In there, you can choose horizontal or vertical layouts and choose items per row. Just above that are the settings for spacing between rows and columns.
