New user here, I am unable to open a file sent to me. have uninstalled RP 10 to install RP9 to match my counter party however I still am unable to open the file. A pop up keeps appearing stating the file is in use and i am unable to open

Did you quit both Axure RP 10 and 9 before opening the file? If not please open Windows Task Manager and End Task for Axure RP
If the issue persists after quitting the application, can you please send a copy of the file to us at Axure Support (support@axure.com) so that we can investigate the issue further?
