Issues with Masters imported from Axure 8 shifting content

I have a document that i created in Axure 8 and upgraded to Axure 9. I have multiple viewports. I am having an issue with content shifting in Masters. I clean everything up and get everything all aligned and pretty again in the Master, but once I open Axure back up, everything in the Master has shifted once again. Is anyone else seeing this or know how to address?
